I have been a counselor for 12 years. I am currently a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP #1984) and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC #1014) with the State of Nebraska. I specialize in helping people ages 13 and older who are dealing with depression, anxiety, substance use, are first responders, a part of the criminal justice system, or a combination of any of these. I currently hold sessions exclusively via telehealth but am anticipating a hybrid option becoming available in the Spring/Summer of 2025.
